2024 Fall Training Schedule

Note:

Schedule is subject to change based on weather, air quality coach availability and meet schedule.
Middle Distance & Distance Performance and Development take 2 weeks off at some point in either July or August depending on athlete's track results and then resume. Third week of August this schedule will come into effect for mid + d.
Sprints and Junior Development will begin training on September 21
Athletes will receive updates to the schedule on TeamSnap

outdoor Training Schedule

2024 outdoor schedule is subject to change and will be confirmed in late March 2024
Middle Distance & Distance Performance and Development take 2 weeks off at some point in either July or August depending on athlete's track results and then resume. Athletes on holidays beyond 2 weeks will have a XC training plan.
