Coach to Athlete Ratio

  • Unlike many other track clubs, the Warriors target a low athlete to 'certified coach' ratio of less than 15:1
  • The smaller group size ensures that athletes receive targeted feedback and training programs that suit their development path
  • The smaller group size also ensures that athletes are supported over time through the LTADP as they progress in their athletics journey

Over his 40-year coaching career, he has worked with Track & Field athletes, starting with talented individuals in his European club while still competing himself. As an athlete, he specialized in hurdles (both short and long) and the 400m, while also participating annually in Combined Events (decathlons).
